John Judge a director in the company with 18 years of experience in rubber lining on site and in the workshop. this includes big contracts for major companies. We have completed contracts out side of South Africa. In Zambia, Kenya, Tanzania and Ghana. 40 Shore has a good working relationship with customers assisting in all break-downs on a 24/7 basis doing work on the mines and in our workshop meeting our clients requirements. Lining of all tanks, chutes, launders and pipes. We do training in and out of South Africa, teaching the rubber liners the basic skill of lining, cutting and template-making.

Our staff are fully trained in all aspects of work, whether it is on site, shop or from pot of South Africa. They are capable of delivering jobs of a "High Standard of Workmanship".

We have full facilities and knowledge to carry out any major or small contracts outside of South Africa as well as in our borderlines. We are specialists in procured and cured lining applications

40 Shore is a rubber company offering complete rubber solutions to the mining and industrial sectors. We specialise in wear and acid proof lining and focus on advising on solutions for use in specific applications. We are suppliers of high quality natural and synthetic rubber products, marketing a wide range of both cured and uncured calendared sheeting. To further enhance our product offering we also supply rubber associated products and services such as hose, adhesives, conveyor accessories and rubber lining.

We offer our services in professional lining of launders, chutes, pipes, screens, fittings, cyclones, agitators, pumps, chemical and carrier tanks and tankers, pulley lagging, shop & site lining available, impact beds, skirting rubber, and provide lining services in all major mining regions.

Where required, we ensure that the above mentioned is first cleaned of old rubber, solutions, adhesives etc. It is then sent for sandblasting or grinding to ensure that the surface to be rubber lined is absolutely free of old rubber and residue. Appropriate prima/adhesive solutions are then carefully and professionally applied.
